Q. Can we view the cars?
A. Yes we are happy to have you come and view the cars, and also have a sit in the car(s) of your choice to give you an idea of the amount of the space available for you in the car. Just contact us to arrange an appointment or come along and our experienced staff will give you a guided tour of the vehicles and any additional information you may need.
Q. Where are you based?
A. We are in Maidstone, Kent.
Q. How many cars do you have?
A. We currently have up to 15 cars available, once you have booked a car or car(s), these are then allocated to your day, and become unavailable to any other party for that date.
Q. Are the cars only available for the bride and groom?
A. No it's your wedding you can book 1, 2, 3, 4 or all 15 of our cars (subject to availability) for whoever in your wedding party you need transport for.
Q. Is there a discount for booking multiple cars?
A. Yes. We can happily quote you a special price depending on which cars and combination of cars you require for your ideal wedding day. When quoting we usually give you a range of options and packages.
Q. How much deposit do l need to pay?
A. A £125.00 per car non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date, with the balance paid at least two calendar months prior to the wedding day.
Q. How can l pay for the hire of the cars?
A. Cash, Cheque, Paypal or internet banking transfer (bank details provided upon request).
Q. Can I have a choice of coloured ribbons on my car(s)?
A. Yes, please feel free to discuss with, a member of staff.
Q. Are your cars insured for weddings?
Q. How many weddings will you be doing on the same day as my wedding?
A. Just one wedding per day per car.
Q. Will I receive a detailed, written confirmation of transportation arrangements for the day?
A. This is an invaluable aid when planning the exact details for your wedding day. There will be a lot of events to synchronise, including reception times, transporting the guests, times to put on invitations etc. Please check all details on our booking form and let us know immediately if anything needs to change.
Q. Do you provide Champagne en-route?
A. At an extra charge of £30.00 per bottle per car.
Q. Do you inspect the logistics of the church or registry office?
On your wedding day, you will not want to worry about getting out of the car on a busy road, or worse, waiting for the chauffeur to perform an awkward three point turn before you can walk down the aisle. You can be sure that your chauffeur will be inspecting the church in advance and planning the approach accordingly, by driving the route in the week leading up to the wedding to familiarise themselves with the route and timings if it is not know to us.
Q. Do we need to inform you if we have children under the age of 12 travelling in your cars?
A. Yes you do need to advise us. A new UK law came into force on 18th September 2006 for the protection of children that makes it compulsory for every child under 12 years of age to sit in a baby seat, a child seat, on a booster seat or on a booster cushion. Unlike taxis, wedding cars are NOT exempt from this new legislation. Regretfully this new law means all wedding car companies must make fundamental changes to the way we provide our services to young persons. Vehicle drivers are legally responsible for ensuring children under 14 years of age are properly restrained in the car. As part of our terms and conditions you must advise us when completing the booking form if any child using our vehicles will be under 14 at the time of travel by giving the actual ages children will be on the travel date.
We understand this new law means changes may need to be made to travel plans but as a professional company we must adhere to the law and our priority must be for the comfort and safety of all our passengers. The following website has the full information on this new law www.childcarseats.org.uk.

Q. Do you only take wedding bookings?
A. Yes. We are a fully committed wedding hire company.
Q. Can we have more than one trip if we only hire one car?
A. Yes. We will provide whatever service you require and that can include multiple trips if necessary.
Q. What if we have a delay on the day, will the cars still remain available?
A. Yes. All our cars are booked for only one wedding each day, so that the car remains available in case of any problems or if delays should occur. Our drivers are all fully experienced and will provide the flexibility required to minimise any problems you may have on the day, and will offer you advice based on their experience of previous weddings.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We cover Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London surrounding areas.
Q. How long do we have the wedding car for on the day?
A. The wedding car is booked to you for the duration of the wedding and then to take the Bride and Groom to the reception location. Generally three hours. All our cars are booked for only one wedding each day, so that the car remains available in case of any problems or if delays should occur.
Q. Can the car take the Bridesmaids to the church first?
A. Yes. We will provide whatever service you require and that will include multiple trips if necessary, however, these do need to be by prior arrangement to ensure timings on the day are adhered to.
Q. Do you have a price list?
A. No, every wedding is different. Our pricing policy is based on the distance between the the wedding location(s), number of wedding cars booked and journeys involved. As each booking is unique we discuss details with whoever is making these arrangements. We provide quotations with various options for you to consider.
Q. Are you available for a weekday wedding?
A. Yes. We have wedding cars available any day of the week, subject to availability.
Q. Do the chauffeurs wear uniforms?
A. Yes. Please ask at your viewing to see these or visit our website.
Q. What if something goes wrong with one of the cars on the day?
A. In the unlikely event that a car breaks down on the day, depending on timing etc we will attempt to get another Wedding Car to the location as soon as possible and then offer you a refund if you felt unhappy about the situation or our efforts to resolve the problem. The amount refunded will not exceed the value of the booking for that particular car.
Q. Do you own all your own cars?
Q. Where does the bride's mother sit?
A. The bride's mother should sit in the front of the wedding car with the bridesmaids occupying the rear seats. On arrival at the church the chauffeur will open the doors and assist as you alight from the car.
Q. Where does the bride sit?
A. The bride sits in the rear of the car on the same side that she will exit the car.
Q. What is the order of arrival at the church?
A. Wedding guests should arrive at the church before the bride's mother and the bridesmaids. They should be seated before the arrival of the bridal car. The bridesmaids should be waiting outside the church for the bride.
Q. Who gets out of the wedding car first on arrival?
A. The chauffeur will exit the car first and will open the door for the bride's father or person giving the bride away. The Chauffeur will then assist the bride to alight from the car at which point the father or person giving the bride away will accompany the bride for the classic "arrival photograph". The bridesmaids then assist the bride at this point with the wedding dress and train as she and her father approach the wedding venue.
Q. Who leaves the wedding first?
A. It should always be the bridal wedding car first followed by any attendants leaving for the reception to enable the bride and groom to arrive in time to welcome their guests. The best man should escort the bride and groom into their car. The bride's car leaves first, then the bridesmaids car, then the bride and groom's close family, then the nearest members of both families, and finally all the other guests.
